Ouch! I was diagnosed in 01/2010 with Plantar Fasciitis and a heel spur. I'm putting all the information here as a fun way to keep it organized for myself. I would also like to share the information and goings-on with my readers...but I can't really give you advice as I am not a doctor. So if you are curious about anything you see here please jot things down on a list and take it to your podiatrist and ask about it ok?
